Normal time this morning on the workout, hoping getting back into the swing of things will pump up the weight loss again before I go to the doctor two weeks. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Its a Favorite
Good morning! I decided this morning that Silk almond milk is my favorite. Last week I got Blue Diamond to try, but it wasn't as yummy as Silk. Anyway, still at 261lbs this morning, and we're taking Jon's car in to get worked on today. I'm hoping it is done today because otherwise it might mess up our weekend plans!

Over and Over Again
Well, I went to the gym this morning, the first time since last Wednesday. Feeling pretty good about getting back to my routine. I'm going back to no bread, no pop, no sweets and despite being busy I feel like I can succeed. This past week I feel like again and again I lapsed back to my old habits. Not so much in bread but sweets, pop and not exercising. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm still at the weight I was last week. I know everyone struggles in their journey, I feel like I'm the only one right now.
What makes me feel better is working on cards, or something else crafty. I felt horrible last night between this journey and the whole thing with Jon's car, and finishing my wreath really helped. I have figured out the difference between hungry eating, thirst and bored eating. When I find myself getting bored, I try and find something to do, most of the time its laundry, house work or crafts. But the crafts make me feel the best. looking at a card after I'm done with it or something else like that, makes me feel great.
