It isn't just me either. Jonathan has gained weight too. His clothes aren't fitting and his health is declining. Both of us are seeing the affects that getting older along with many many extra pounds.
My knees and ankles bark at me after days at work of up and down with kids. Jonathan is tired a lot and has so little energy.
I have been praying for a solution not only to the health but financially.
Enter stage right: Advocare and my sweet co-worker, Emily.
Emily invited me to a mixer and there I met Crystal. Short story short, I had my first Spark drink and I'm hooked.
I had a hard time sleeping that night. Why? Not because of caffeine or sugar, but because my mind was so focused and I had energy to burn.
I told jonathan about it and he was skeptical and told me no. A week or so later, Emily invites me to another mixer closer to home at Crystal's house. I get Jonathan to come with me.
He tried a spark and didn't sleep well. The next morning he is up at 4am cleaning and didn't feel tired until later that afternoon.
So, now we are Advocare distributors getting ready to start our journey on Monday.
Today, I cleaned out our pantry of junk that we won't be eating anymore. Later today our 24 Day Challenge products will arrive.
I'm excited to get started. Jonathan is still skeptical but I think he may be a Spark addict. I know I am.
