I'm on a roll! Well, the goal is to keep going each day. success on following through with the work out with Amanda last night. 20 minutes on the treadmill, some arm work with the weights and some ab work on the ball. The tv was stuck on the Disney channel...so we watched Wizards of Waverly Place. John didn't go with us, but I am hoping to change that when we go again hopefully tonight.
In the next week when meal planning I am incorporating more and more veggies and hopefully going meat-free and dairy-free in some of them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have already used all of the red meat that was in our freezer, now I need to use the chicken and ground turkey. I don't use red meat a lot, just when John finds some on sale at work.
Another thing we are starting on in January is following God's plan for us financially. We are hoping to sit down with a friend of ours and really tighten our belt so we can reach our goals (debt free and own our own home) but that is for another blog.
