Day 4 Sprouts

I'm feeling wonderful! I had talked to co-workers about how they felt before I started but I never thought it'd be like this.
Jonathan is having the same results. He even has a lead for a 24 day challenge! I have my first three way call with Crystal and a potential team member Saturday. 
Anyway, tonight we took our first trip to Sprouts and I am in grocery store heaven. There's a wide variety of produce at great prices and even though it's a specialty store it doesn't have those prices.

Day 2- even better

Day one I felt good, slept well and woke up grumpy.
Day 2 got better though! My energy level was up, I felt great and I wasn't pooped when we got home! 
Things I'm looking forward to: tomorrow is the last day of fiber drinks for a few days :) it makes me feel good, but the texture isn't that great.
Jonathan is doing well too. Even with his late shift yesterday, he still got up this morning and while he was tired he didn't drag. He had the energy to finish his work day! 
Tomorrow: some temptation coming in the form of a luncheon at work. I'm glad everyone there knows I'm on the challenge and we spent $$ because it'll keep me more focused on not cheating!

Day 1 PM Prep is key!

After lunch I felt a slump. That tells me I am going to need a spark before lunch. Unfortunately today I didn't have the time. 
After I got back to work, I got a call from Jonathan. He was offered overtime and that NEVER happens. God is so good. Anyway, what that taught me is I need to have s dinner option ready just in case there isn't time to fix it or in cases like this where Jonathan is on his own for dinner. 
I have discovered that I didn't buy nearly enough veggies! We have apples and oranges a plenty, but I'm thinking a trip to City Market is in order.
So all by my lonesome this evening, I'm prepping breakfasts and dinners/lunches trying to get ready for the rest of the week. 
Here's one thing I'm prepping- egg white muffins with spring mix greens. They are for breakfast. We have a larger 6 muffin tin so just one muffin and some oats or fruit fits what's needed for breakfast.


Day 1 AM

And here we go! We did our weight and measurements this morning...it was exactly what I thought.
As we were eating breakfast jonathan and I both discovered that we were feeling full. It's no wonder between the water, spark and fiber drink! 
I had a really hard time getting the fiber drink down. I think the texture bothered me more than the taste. Jonathan said he had the same problem.
As far as water goes so far I've drank 6 8oz glasses which is big for me. I have found that having the app helps me because I get to push the water button when I'm done with half my shaker bottle.
I think I'm going to need a spark at lunch. I should have brought one with me to work- note to self.
Tonight the plan is to go to our club house gym.

Prep Day

We got our product yesterday! I'm so excited to get started on Day 1 tomorrow! I've got a lunch/ Dinner option ready to go, egg white muffins ready and broccoli as well as red peppers chopped ready to be eaten! 
We will be taking our measurements and weight tonight. 
Prepping is going to be key for us in this journey. Please keep us in your prayers as we get started!
