As we were eating breakfast jonathan and I both discovered that we were feeling full. It's no wonder between the water, spark and fiber drink!
I had a really hard time getting the fiber drink down. I think the texture bothered me more than the taste. Jonathan said he had the same problem.
As far as water goes so far I've drank 6 8oz glasses which is big for me. I have found that having the app helps me because I get to push the water button when I'm done with half my shaker bottle.
I think I'm going to need a spark at lunch. I should have brought one with me to work- note to self.
Tonight the plan is to go to our club house gym.
