Ok, so no posts for several days and also no exercising either. Thanks to coughing and hardly any sleep because of that. Being sick takes away from my goal and even though I haven't weighed myself, i feel like if I did it wouldn't be pretty. I sweated it out yesterday in the one mile walk for Susan G. Komen's race for the Cure in Kansas City. I know for sure that if I had attempted that before I started my journey I wouldn't have been able to do it. What got me was the walk back to the car...up the hill behind Crown Center I really felt it then and I wasn't pushing a stroller.
This morning I sweat it out via three songs on the dance game on my Wii. I am feeling great and tomorrow I have my doctor's appointment. Though I have to get up earlier, I plan on doing my toning routine and getting back into the swing of things. I am still coughing but not as much and I actually slept through the night last night without the aid of cough meds.
I am looking forward to a trip to Schlitterbaun this Saturday with my parents and excited to maybe do some walking and swimming this week with the nice weather that we have.
