Crash and Burn...
I was doing well until I got home yesterday. Jon had ordered pizza, and I decided to go ahead and have a slice. No I didn't eat the crust at the end...but I didn't scrape the toppings off. I was really struggling. I am feeling like I've failed at some level, but I know that I need to get back up again and just start a new day. I had other choices for dinner, and I chose the yuckiest (it really wasn't that great) possible thing available. I went back to the gym this morning, 10 minutes on the treadmill, no incline. I did up my weights to 5lbs and did 20 reps of 3 on each arm. I did some toning here at home yesterday morning, I had some things to get done (laundry and cooking). So, in short I am not feeling too great about my journey at the moment.

Just concentrate on how far you've come. If it's just one day, it's not a big deal. It's when it becomes a habit when it spells trouble. Hang in there, you can do it.
