Mandisa always gets me going in the morning, and its true. Today is a brand new day and the fall outs and mess ups from the day before are gone. His mercy is new every morning, and my journey starts new each morning too. Especially when I fight off the urge to stay at home to workout instead of going to the gym. I weighed myself yesterday morning, and I am at 261. That's 48lbs lost and 2lbs until my first 50lbs lost. I am looking forward to treating myself to a haircut...my hair is the longest its been since before Jon and I got married. I am missing my short grown-up hair cut.
Anyway, I did 10 minutes on the treadmill this morning, 2.5 mph 0% incline. The weights are at 5lbs, 3 sets at 30 reps on each arm. Also did crunches on the medicine ball at 30 reps. I am feeling pretty good at the moment, and looking forward to the rest of my week. I have noticed recently that my stress level has gone down and when I feel myself getting stressed taking a time out and doing some deep breathing helps a lot. I also guess it helps having a job that you like going to every day. :)
