new music, new motivation and the weekend

I'm running way behind this morning, so this will be short and sweet. I had some new music this morning on my iPhone to listen to I'll post my full playlist later. It helped to keep my pace up on the treadmill I did a total of 12 minutes this morning. We went shoe shopping last night and since my other tennis shoes are wearing out I got new "workout" shoes. They are super comfy and the only time I am wearing them (for now) is when  I'm working out.
This weekend is another one where I am busy all weekend. Mom and Dad and I are going to Schliterbaun tomorrow and after first service Sunday morning Jon and I are heading to the MO state fair. He has been wanting to go for awhile. This means that Sunday will be my one day I'll break my no bread, no sweets rule. The no pop rule will still stand though. I'm on my third day of the no pop, no bread, no sweets and so far I have abated the temptations.
