Well, I wasn't able to post this morning because of an serivce issue with TWC. Jon and I went to the gym together this morning and I did 12 minutes at 5% incline on the treadmill. Harder than I thought it was going to be but my goal this week is to do 15 minutes at 5% incline. I also did m arms as usual, 3 diferent moves at 30 reps on each arm. I am determined to get rid of that under arm yuckiness so I can actually go without a shrug!
I weighed my self this morning and I am back at 264. When I weighed in at the doctor I was 272, but I since its my scale and not the doctor's I am not sure how accuate it was. in any case I am back where I was before I got sick. I am so ready to loose even more. The toal weight loss still stands at 45lbs.
As far as the no bread, no sweets and no pop thing that is still going pretty well. we made cake with the kids at work and I had a tiny piece (really it was tiny) We went to Granny and Pa's for some pizza and cards. I took the toppings off of four pieces and had some watermelon. I felt like I was cheating with the watermelon because it was so sweet.
