Yesterday I fell off the wagon. I had a dangerously yummy watermelon sprite from Sonic and then in the evening some ice cream (yeah that ice cream that's in the freezer? Its been calling my name most nights...it won last night) So what did I do this morning? I knocked out my goal. I did 15 minutes on a 5% incline and then upped my reps with the weights to 40. I felt yucky after eating that ice cream, and this morning I wanted to get rid of that yucky because I ate something I shouldn't have feeling and gain a yucky because I'm drenched in sweat feeling.
There was actually someone else in the gym with me this morning, but she had her earphones in too, so we didn't even say hi to each other. I noticed something last night on my way home from work that was kinda gross but at the same time made me a little happy. The skin was dangling under my arm. I know nasty right? But at the same time, it gave me a happy feeling because I know exactly why its doing that.
